Voy a verme con Hideo – I’m going to meet Hideo

Hace un par de días una persona me comentaba en un mail “siempre espero leer en tu blog “voy a verme con Hideo” o algo así”. Pues bien, por fin lo puedo decir!
Hideo tiene unos días libres y aprovechará para venirse a Galicia. Llega a Madrid el próximo 30 de Abril, que resulta que en Holanda es fiesta (cumpleaños de la reina Beatriz de Holanda). Iré hasta Madrid a recogerlo en el aeropuerto y nos dirigiremos a Galicia en tren. Aquí es donde se va a sorprender (creo que en negativo) cuando vea el tren, tan diferente a los japoneses.
Llegaremos a Galicia el 1 de Mayo, por la mañana, que casualmente es el cumpleaños de mi padre, así que podrá vivir la primera comida familiar. Alucinará pepinillos, ya veréis…
Volverá a Holanda el 12 de Mayo, pero no lo hará solo! Me voy con él a pasar una semana allí, que todavía no conozco el país. Aunque Hideo estará trabajando de lunes a viernes, aprovecharé para hacer un poco de turismo.
Ayer ya hice todas las reservas de billetes, los de avión para Hideo y para mi y los billetes de tren. Pasé muchos nervios hasta que no lo tuve todo enlazado, tantos que incluso la noche del viernes me fue imposible conciliar el sueño (así de zombie estaba yo el sábado…).
Pero ahora ya está!! Por fin voy a verme con Hideo!!

Two days ago one person told me in a mail “I’m looking forward to read in your blog “I’m going to meet Hideo” or something like that”. Well, finally I can say it!
Hideo has some vacation days and he will come to Galicia. He will arrive to Madrid on coming April 30th (in Holland is a holiday, the birthday of Queen Beatrix). I will go to Madrid to pick up him in the airport and we will go to Galicia by train. He will be very surprised (with negative feeling, I think…) when he sees the train, so different with japanese trains.
We will arrive to Galicia on May 1st, at early morning. This day is the birthday of my father so Hideo will live his first lunch with my big family. His impression can be amazing, you will see…
The coming back to Holland will be on May 12th, but he won’t go alone! I will stay in Holland one week, because I don’t know the country yet. I would like to take this opportunity to visit some places.
Yesterday I did the ticket reservations, of the flights for Hideo and for me, and the train tickets too. I felt very nervous since I could have all the tickets, so nervous that i couldn’t sleep on Friday night ( I was like a zombie on Saturday…).
But it’s ok now!! At last I’m going to meet Hideo!!
