Vamos a cocinar ramen !! (New England de Nissin)

Hoy os vamos a cocinar un ramen instantáneo que no había comido anteriormente. Se llama New England y es de la marca Nissin.
Ante la pregunta si estaban buenos o no, os puedo decir que si. Estaban bastante bien. La sopa quedaba muy cremosa, a diferencia de los otros ramen instantáneos, con un cierto gustillo a cebollita. A lo mejor porque no es la típica sopa que se utiliza en los ramen han querido darle este nombre tan exótico.

Today I will cook a kind of instant ramen that I had never seen before. Its name is New England, and the brand Nissin.
I don’t why their name is New England, and I can say that they are good. Pretty good !. The soup is very creamy, so diferent than other instant ramen, with a soft onion taste. Good, good.
Let’s go then !!
El bote es un poco más grande que los habituales, por lo que acabas bien lleno. El sobrecito con aceite (finishing oil) lo guardamos para el final.
The cup is bigger, so you will feel full easily. The small blue envelope is the finishing oil.
Primero retiramos una parte de la tapa en forma de tira. Por qué? A día de hoy no tengo ni idea pero en las instrucciones ponía que se hacía así (y Núria es muuuuy obediente).
He need to take off a small portion of the cover first. Why? Actually I don’t know but I could read it in the instructions (and Nuria is veeeeery obedient).
Luego abrimos la tapa hasta la mitad, como habitualmente se hace.
After we can open half cover, in normal way.
Añadimos agua y ojo al dato : FRÍA. Un paso bien distinto a los otros ramen que he comido hasta ahora, donde añadimos agua caliente.
It’s time to put water but look : COLD. It’s a different way because in other kind of ramen we have to put hot water.
Tiempo de microondas. Dependiendo de la potencia del mismo, tiene que estar entre 3 y 6 minutos (lo indica el paquete). Uyy, se me ve en el reflejo !!
Microwave time. Depending of the power of your microwave it must be inside over 3 or 6 minutes (you can read it in the cup). Ayyy, I can see my reflection !!
Ya casi los tenemos listos ! Añadimos el aceite finishing … removemos y …
It’s almost ready !! Time of finishing oil… stir it and …
